Sell Gift Cards, Specialty Foods, and Merchandise
Directly From Your Restaurant Website

The online shop works as a standalone addition to your ordering platform — and pairs naturally with online ordering and catering if you want to run all three revenue channels from one place.

Why Restaurants Add an Online Shop

Restaurant gift cards sold online as a high-margin revenue stream

Gift Cards Drive Revenue Without Food Cost

Gift cards are one of the highest-margin items a restaurant can sell. Customers pay upfront, and many are never fully redeemed — pure revenue with no food cost or labor attached.

Packaged restaurant products shipped nationwide beyond local delivery zone

Expand Beyond Your Delivery Radius

Online ordering serves your local neighborhood. Your online shop can reach anywhere in the country. Specialty sauces, packaged desserts, and branded products can ship to customers who discovered you online but can’t visit in person.

Online shop integrated into restaurant website with no separate platform

No Separate Website or Platform Needed

Your shop lives inside your existing Takeout Button® ordering site. Customers stay on your restaurant’s website — no redirect to a third-party marketplace, no extra platform to manage. Don’t have a website yet? Our restaurant website design service builds one with the shop, ordering, and catering already integrated.

Restaurant team fulfilling online shop orders on their own schedule

You Handle Fulfillment on Your Terms

Simple Fulfillment, Zero Middlemen — Orders arrive in your dashboard with lead times you set. Your team ships when ready. No third-party fulfillment fees, no delivery-window pressure from a marketplace.

What Restaurants Typically Sell Through the Online Shop

The shop system is simple by design — ideal for products
your kitchen already makes or items your brand already sells.

Baked Goods

Cakes, cookies, chocolates, packaged desserts

Branded Merchandise

Apparel, mugs, branded accessories

How Shop Orders Work From Purchase to Shipment

One Platform. Three Revenue Channels.

Takeout Button® brings together your online ordering system, catering
management, and online shop in one place. Restaurants don’t need to
manage three separate platforms or log into three separate dashboards.
Your daily orders, advance catering requests, and product sales all
flow through the same system — with consistent branding and one
unified customer experience.
